First time smoker

Early Christmas! Thanks Randy! We put together this smoker, called and "Ugly Drum Smoker" over Thanksgiving. Doing the first smoke today. Can't wait.

Sweet, dude! Glad you're getting some use out of it. Looks good on the back patio there. So, how has the BBQ turned out? Did our make-shift lid hold temps ok? Any leaks?
